DMCS ACM / MAA

The November 2006 meeting was held on Friday, Nov 10 at 1:00pm. Pizza was servered. Topics discussed included:

• Bogdan and Daniel presented a report from the ACM programming contest held at LSU.
• Dr. Ornis is encouraging students to sign up for the math competition in the spring. The competition will be held in Mississippi.
• Mr. Bradley reported on the CSCI ABET review meeting. It was a good report.
• The next ACM/MAA meeting will be on Friday, Dec. 1. All CS, Math and Engineering students are encouraged to attend.
