Science Requirements

of the CSCI Degree Plan

All science courses taken to fulfull the science requirements must be intended for science majors. No science course for non-science majors will be counted toward the science requirements for the CSCI major.

The University requires at least one science course in physical sciences (e.g. Chemistry, Physics, Physical Science, etc.) and at least one course in the biological sciences (e.g. Biology, Environmental Science, etc.). You must meet these requirements while also meeting the following requirements.

Eight (8) hours must be taken in a science sequence which includes a lab.

For example,
